WW1 draft Norman gundry.x

Undated, but presumably at the beginning of WWI, there is a draft notice with Norman Grundy Alexander registering for service. His birth is listed as September 9, 1887. Aged 29. He lists himself as a Canadian, but born on Congresbury, Somerset. He records that he is married with one child. This needs to be confirmed that it is the correct Norman Alexander.
